- Test drove vehicle and connected scan tool to extract trouble codes. Found P2096 and P2270 both codes indicate a fault with the oxygen sensors. Test sensors to confirm fault. Recommend oxygen sensor replacement and BG fuel system service >> Also found that the valve cover is leaking heavily and the left CV boot has failed.
- OXYGEN SENSOR – Remove & Replace – Both
- Perform the BG fuel system induction service to clean the carbon clogged throttle plate, idle control valve, intake valves and valve guides.
- VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace – 2.4L Eng
- AXLE SHAFT ASSEMBLY – Remove & Install or Remove & Replace – Left – [NOTE: For Independent Suspension Type Axles, Axle Shaft Assembly consists of Axle Shaft, Boots and Joints.]
