This code indicates a problem in the Evaporative Fuel System. >> We Smoke tested the system and found several issues. >> The Purge Valve and and Vacuum Switching valves are both leaking. >> The Fuel Filler Neck is leaking fuel vapor. >> The Carbon Canister has an internal failure, sending bit of carbon through the system. This is what damaged the other components. >> We will need to replace the canister, vacuum valve, purge valve, and filler neck.

>> We confirmed the complaint. >> The engine is very noisy on start up. >> We checked the oil level and it does not register on the dip stick. >> We had to add four quarts of oil to bring it up to full, however, the engine is still very noisy. >> We extracted diagnostic fault code P0015- Camshaft Position "B" Timing Overretarded BANK 1. This code will be set by dangerously low engine oil. >> The engine is consuming oil internally due to wear. The only fix for this is replacement of the engine. >> In the mean time, please keep a very close eye on the oil level.

-Inspect hoses and clamps. Inspect cooling system for leaks. Drain radiator and refill. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Road Test.
BRAKE SYSTEM – INSPECT – [Visually inspect brake linings/drums and brake pads/discs.] DRIVER'S FLOOR MAT – INSPECT – [Only use the driver's floor mat designed specifically for the model and model year of your vehicle. Always properly secure the driver's floor mat using the retaining hooks. Never install another floor mat on top of the existing driver's floor mat. Never install the driver's floor mat upside down.] FLUID LEVELS – INSPECT – [Inspect and adjust all fluid levels.] WIPER BLADES – INSPECT ENGINE OIL & FILTER – REPLACE – [If 0W-20 oil WAS NOT used at the last oil change, replace engine oil and oil filter. -Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels.
